Gino brings over 30 years of experience as a senior executive specializing in data analytics and process improvement, boasting five successful exits as a healthcare entrepreneur. With a robust background that includes 15 years at UnitedHealth Group, where he excelled in acquisition integration and operational turnarounds, Gino has also served as Chief Strategy Officer for two private equity-backed companies, leading them to successful exits. A veteran with 14 years of service in the Army and National Guard, Gino is an innovator with multiple patents and has authored the Value Realization Process for UnitedHealth Group, a methodology later adopted by Accenture.

Matt brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across retail, e-commerce, and foodservice industries. Beginning his career at Pepsi-Cola, he advanced through various leadership roles before joining Nabisco as Category Manager and quickly rising to Market Leader. At Safeway, Matt ascended to President and CEO of Safeway.com, where he doubled the business while exceeding profit targets. As Group VP at Winn-Dixie, he led merchandising strategy that delivered industry-leading sales growth, and later oversaw $20B in sales as VP of Corporate Merchandising at Sysco. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Matt founded G7 Leadership Development in 2017 and currently serves as CEO of iControl Data Solutions, Chairman of TendedBar, and sits on seven corporate boards.

David’s career in healthcare services has spanned the ecosystem of pharmaceutical, payer and provider solutions. Most recently, he was CEO of Healogics, a national operator of wound care facilities. There, he transformed the leading provider of advanced wound care services through a new value proposition and performance management system. In doing so, this differentiated the customer value Healogics delivers, while developing population-based solutions for patients, all to drive better health outcomes. Prior to CEO, David served as the Chief Financial Officer at Healogics, eviCore, and inVentiv Health, executing debt and equity transactions, including recapitalizations, acquisitions, and multiple successful transitions. He consistently demonstrates focus on delivering exceptional customer growth, while also managing the profitability complexities of fee-for-value contracts. David earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and was a certified public accountant (inactive).

Thirumalai Rajagopal is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience leading payer solutions, strategic initiatives, and enterprise technology in the healthcare industry. With a career spanning over three decades, Raj has held key leadership roles at MRO, FIGmd, Paycasso, and Availity, where he drove innovation in healthcare technology, identity verification, and revenue cycle management. Most recently, he served as SVP, Payer Solutions at MRO, where he led initiatives to streamline healthcare data exchange. Prior to that, he was President, Payer and Enterprise Solutions at FIGmd, overseeing solutions that improved healthcare analytics and provider-payer interoperability. His tenure as EVP, Technology & Operations at RealMed (now Availity) and other executive roles highlight his expertise in optimizing healthcare transactions and digital infrastructure. Raj holds an M.Tech in Engineering Mechanics from IIT Madras and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU. Now retired, he remains an advisor and thought leader in healthcare technology and payer solutions.

Mike is a longtime Investor, Board Chair and Director, with extensive Entrepreneurial and CEO experience. He has expertise in the development, scaling, and management of complex service models through exit. Mike has deep relationships with and understanding of the stakeholders in the healthcare marketplace including payors as channel partners (BUCA & regionals), government partners (e.g. VA) and regulators, TPAs, providers, self-funded groups, and most importantly, patients. Mike also has active Director roles with companies from early-stage/scaling to +$1B. He has also been involved with multiple innovative business models, through exit. Mike has an MBA in technology Management from The University of Phoenix, and he attended the University of Florida, where he received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Mike enjoys most outdoor pursuits, and he has great passion for his friends/family and myriad philanthropic pursuits.

With a strong background in healthcare and financial leadership, John has served as CFO at Medical Life Holdings and previously held key leadership roles at Crucial Care, The HCI Group, and Ocenture. His expertise spans financial management, operational strategy, and business growth, including founding and successfully exiting CredentialGenie, which was acquired by QGenda. John began his career in audit and enterprise risk services at Deloitte & Touche, where he gained deep financial acumen across various industries. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University.
